Die Gesellschaft übernahm bei der Gründung die Bolzen- und Mutternfabrik von Albert Ludewig an der Reinickendorferstraße. 1889 Errichtung einer Messinglinienfabrik, die 1894 an die Firma H. Berthold verkauft wurde. Seit 1901 wegen unrentabler Produktion in Liquidation, Börsennotiz in Berlin 1926 eingestellt. Nachdem in 15 Abwicklungsraten bereits 90 % des Kapitals zurückgezahlt waren, wurde 1937 die Fortsetzung der Ges. beschlossen. Gesellschaftzweck war nunmehr die Verwaltung des eigenen Grundbesitzes Berlin 65, Reinickendorfer Str. 113.
