Rausch & Filbry in Ammendorf sowie der HALLORIA Diemitz vorm. Maschinenfabrik G. L. Eberhardt in Halle a.S. zum VEB Hallesche Bäckereimaschinen- und Ofenfabrik zusammengefaßt. Der Betrieb wurde dann auf dem Gelände der ehem.
