Zweck war nun die Verwaltung der der Firma gehörenden inländischen Filmlizenzrechte von Filmen der 20th Century Fox Film Corporation und der Verleih von Fox-Filmen in deutschen Lichtspielhäusern. Zu diesem Zweck errichtete Fox-Film eines der ersten Synchronisationsstudios in Deutschland.
