Ebenfalls 1913 hat die Bank das Mühlengeschäft der Firma Stefano Haramia übernommen und zu deren Weiterführung eine Warenabteilung gegründet. 1917 Gründung der AG für das Seebad Novi. Die Bank unterhielt Filialen in Rijeka (Fiume) und Bakar (Buccari). Ab 1920 wurden die Aktien der Bank an der Zagreber Börse notiert.
