Gründung als AG 1915 (bestand zuvor schon als oHG). Gegenstand: Pflanzenzucht und Samenbau (insbesondere Saatzucht für die rübenbauende Landwirtschaft). Aktionäre waren u.a. die Dessauer Werke für Zucker- und Chem. Industrie und die Zucker-Raffinerie Hildesheim. Nach 1945 enteignet.
