Dieser Vertrag sah eine Gewinnteilung von 3/7 für Aken und 4/7 für Wallwitzhafen sowie eine wechselseitige Beteiligung von nom. RM 500.000,- vor. Heute Hafenbetrieb Aken GmbH. Fahrgastrundfahrten, Container- und Schwergutumschlag. Der Hafen wird noch heute dreimal wöchentlich von der Elbe Container Linie ECL 2000 auf der Relation Hamburg-Magdeburg-Aken-Riesa-Dresden bedient.
