AG (1929/35). Hergestellt wurden seidene und kunstseidene Stoffe in Werken in Krefeld, Amern-St. Georg (Düsseldorf), Hüls bei Krefeld, Mährisch-Trübau, Monschau (bei Aachen), Sonnenburg (Frankfurt/Oder), Villingen (Baden) und Metelen (Münster). Börsennotiz Berlin, ab 1948 Düsseldorf.
