Fünfstück mit Fabriken in Penzig, Nieder-Neundorf, Zoblitz (Kreis Rothenburg O.-L.) und Holzkirch. AG seit 1901. Herstellung aller Art von Waren aus Holzstoff, Haupterzeugnis waren Maschinenlederpappen. 1896 stellte die Firma die allererste Kartonmaschine der Welt in ihrer Fabrik auf. Die AG erwirtschaftete teils ungewöhnlich hohe Dividenden. 1907 auch Beteiligung an der Nebenbahn Horka-Rothenburg-Priebus. In den vier Werken waren zuletzt ca. 250 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
