Von Coeur d’Alene konnte man per Dampfer über den gleichnamigen See übersetzen und dann umsteigen in die 31 Meilen lange Schmalspurbahn Mission-Burke, Idaho, die von der Coeur d’Alene Railway & Navigation Co. betrieben wurde. | | Availability: | Eingetragen auf F.G. Bigelow und mit seiner Originalsignatur auf dem rückseitig angebrachtem Transferzertifikat. Frank G. Bigelow, Konkursverwalter der Northern Pacific, war Präsident der First National Bank of Milwaukee. Als Präsident wurde die Aktie original signiert von dem bedeutenden Politiker Henry Clay Payne (1843-1904), unter Roosevelt Postminister, Präsident der Milwaukee & Northern RR, ab 1893 Präsident der American Street Railway Association, im gleichen Jahr auch Konkursverwalter der Northern Pacific Railway.
