Alfons Mauser (der Sohn des Erfinders des Mauser-Gewehrs) eine Blechwarenfabrik in Oberndorf/Neckar, 1898 wird der Sitz nach Köln verlegt. Seit 1929 Produktion von Stahlmöbeln im nordhessischen Werk Waldeck. 1952 Übernahme der Geldschrankfabrik ADE-Arnheim in Berlin. Das Werk Waldeck der Mauser KG wird 1973 als Mauser Waldeck GmbH verselbständigt, 1979 Umwandlung in eine AG und Börsengang. In drei Werken in Waldeck, Korbach und Berlin werden Sitz- und Stahlmöbel, Lager- und Betriebseinrichtungen sowie Sicherheitseinrichtungen produziert. 1996 nach andauernden Verlusten Ausgliedrung des operativen Geschäfts in die Mauser Office GmbH, die niederländische Ahrend N.V. übernimmt die Aktienmehrheit, die ertraglose AG ist seit 2002 in Liquidation. | | Availability: | Unentwertet. | | Condition: | EF | | Sold: | unsold |
