Die zusammen 99 Meilen lange elektrische Überlandbahn (bekannt als „Cedar Valley Road“ mit Personenverkehr bis in die 1950er Jahre und großem Frachtaufkommen) verband Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Farmer, Denver, Waverly und Cedar Rapids und war bald die bedeutendste ihrer Art im ganzen Staat Iowa. 1959 wurde die Bahn gemeinschaftlich von der Rock Island und der Illinois Central RR (später Alleineigentümer) erworben. Die meisten Strecken wurden in den 1980ern stillgelegt, nur eine Nebenstrecke nach Waterloo wird bis heute vom IC-Nachfolger Canadian National betrieben. | | Specials: | Tolle fotografische Ansicht der Elektrolok # 208 der W.C.F.&N.R.R. | | Availability: | Top-Erhaltung, ohne Stub-Reste.
