Das Gründungskapital von 1,923 Mio. Kr. wurde in drei Tranchen 1889, 1890 und 1891 begeben. Schmalspurbahnen Garsten-Grünburg-Agonitz-Klaus (40 km) und Pergern-Bad Hall (15 km). Eingesetzt waren 6 Lokomotiven, 25 Personenwagen und ca. 130 Güterwagen.
