Größtes Projekt war 1930 der Bau der (nach der Wende rückübertragenen) Wohnstadt Neu-Gohlis mit 1019 Wohnungen. Der Druck des Nazi-Regimes auf das Bankhaus Kroch wirkte auch auf diese im Freiverkehr Leipzig börsennotierte Gesellschaft: 1938 wurde die Liquidation beschlossen. 1965 Sitzverlegung von Leipzig nach Berlin, 1967 Aufhebung des Liquidationsbeschlusses.
