Geschäftsansässig Schwetzinger Str. 117, in Mannheim börsennotiert. Auf dem Höhepunkt der Weltwirtschaftskrise 1930 durch Forderungsausfälle und die Krisis auf dem Rohgummimarkt in Schwierigkeiten geraten, anschließend Vergleichsverfahren mit Kapitalherabsetzung, außerdem wurde die Asbestfabrik an die Deutsche Asbestwerke AG verkauft. Am 26.9.1932 trat die Belegschaft in einen unbefristeten Streik. Weil die Ges. deswegen große Aufträge nicht erfüllen konnte, musste sie einen Monat später ihre Zahlungen erneut einstellen und wurde im Aug. 1933 aufgelöst. | | Availability: | NICHT entwertet.
