Ende 1988 löste die Commerzbank den Unternehmensgründer Friedrich A. Meyer als Mehrheitsaktionär ab und verkaufte ein Jahr später an die britisch-französische SEMA-Group, damals der zweitgrößte Softwarehersteller Europas, dabei umbenannt in Sema Group Systems AG. Nach Herauslösung des operativen Geschäfts wurde der AG-Mantel 1998 verkauft und umbenannt in adv.orga Beteiligungen AG mit der cash.life AG (Pionier beim Zweitmarkt für Lebensversicherungen) als wichtigster Tocher, mit dieser 2005 verschmolzen und in cash.life AG umbenannt. | | Availability: | Lochentwertet.
