An beiden Standorten war die in Berlin börsennotierte Gesellschaft vom Pech verfolgt: 1905, 1906 und 1912 verursachten Großbrände jeweils mehrmonatige Betriebsunterbrechungen. 1931 vollständige Reorganisation des Werkes. 1947-51 enteignet und als Mechanische Weberei Brandenburg weitergeführt.
