Die 1873 gegründete Auffanggesellschaft Carolina Central Railway schaffte es zwar noch, die Bahn fertig zu bauen, doch dann ging auch ihr die Puste aus: 1876 wieder pleite, 1880 erneut reorganisiert als Carolina Central Railroad. | | Specials: | Großes Querformat, blaugrün/schwarzer Stahlstich.
