AG seit 1908. 1931 Übernahme der Marken und Vertriebsrechte der Nähmaschinen- und Fahrräderfabrik Bernhard Stoewer AG in Stettin. Die AG wurde 1949 verlagert nach Frankfurt/Main, 1969 nach Abwicklung gelöscht. Der Betrieb wurde 1947 enteignet und als “VEB Nähmaschinenfabrik Textima” weitergeführt. Die Nähmaschinenfabrikation wurde 1969 eingestellt, danach nutzte der VEB Carl Zeiss Jena die Fabrik für die Herstellung von Photoobjektiven, Komponenten für Bandspeicher und Elektronik. | | Specials: | Im Unterdruck Abb. des großen Fabrikareals.
