Aktien die zugezahlt worden sind, wurden in VZ-Aktien umgewandelt.Herstellung von Superphosphaten, Düngemitteln und anderen chemischen Produkten. 1956 wurde das Werk an die Guano Werke (vorm. Ohlendorff’sche und Merk’sche Werke) verkauft, die 1969 an die BASF angegliedert wurden.
