Felix Singer & Co., Berlin verliehene Konzession für den Betrieb einer Straßenbahn sowie einer Licht- und Kraftstation im schlesischen Liegnitz. Die 13 km lange Straßenbahn mit 20 Motor- und 5 Anhängewagen hatte drei Linien (Ringlinie, Linie nach dem Kirchhof und Linie nach der Jauerstraße bis Dornbusch). 1913 wurde aus Kapazitätsgründen ein neues größeres Kraftwerk am Frauenhaag gebaut, anschließend wurden auch die Kreise Lüben und Guhrau mit Strom versorgt.
