Nach Enteignung der Werke durch die Franzosen 1920 Sitzverlegung ins hessische Wächtersbach. 1976 Umfirmierung in Adt AG. Bekannt vor allem als Produzent von Markisen. 1981 nach Erwerb der Allibert GmbH wurde der Konzern neu gegliedert in Markenartikelbereich (Allibert-Haushaltsgeräte) und Bauträgerbereich (Adt-Unibau und Dacosbau).
