Hindrichs in Barmen (gegr. 1824) mit der J. D. Auffermann GmbH in Beyenburg (bis 1811 zurückgehend). 1922 Umfirmierung in “Metall-, Walz- und Plattierwerke Hindrichs-Auffermann AG”. Verarbeitet wurden insbesondere Nickel, Kupfer und Messing zu Halb- und Fertigerzeugnissen. 1966 Umfirmierung wie oben, 1996/98 Sitzverlegung von Düsseldorf nach Wuppertal.
