Haupterzeugnisse waren Bleche für Land- und Schiffskessel. 1910 Verkauf des in unmittelbarer Nähe des Essener Hauptbahnhofs gelegenen Werksgeländes und Neubau eines Stahl-, Blechwalz- und Rohrwerkes mit verdreifachter Kapazität in Huckingen. 1914 wurde das Unternehmen von den Mannesmannröhren-Werken übernommen.
