Hermes & Zeyen GmbH. Albert Prinz war auch Mitbegründer des Felgenherstellers Kronprinz AG in Solingen-Ohligs (später Mannesmann-Kronprinz). Haupterzeugnisse: Preß-, Stanz- und Ziehteile, Bestecke aller Art, Koch- und Bratgeschirre, Haushaltsgeräte. In Langenfeld (Rhld.) bestand ein Zweigwerk. 1961 Abkürzung des Firmennamens auf Carl Prinz AG. Die Aktienmehrheit lag bei der Familie Prinz, aber die Aktien notierten auch im Düsseldorfer Freiverkehr.
