Der Präsident und die Direktoren wurden von der Regierung, welche das Geschäft überwacht, ernannt. Den Aktionären garantierte man eine Mindestdividende von 5%. 1906 wurde das Kapital auf 17,5 Mill. Yen erhöht. Die Gesellschaft besaß das Recht Schuldverschreibungen auszugeben, die bis zu zehnmal höher sind, als das Aktienkapital. So wurde z.B. 1908 davon Gebrauch gemacht. Im Jahre 1906 zahlte man eine Dividende von 7% aus. | | Specials: | Anleihentext nur japanisch. Sehr dekoratives Papier, ausgegeben zur Finanzierung des Japanisch-Chinesischen Krieges, vertrieben u.a. durch die Postämter. Der Erlös ging an das Finanzministerium.
