Koelitz-Giani in Leipzig. Der Betrieb in Leipzig-Mockau (Mockauerstr. 76) wurde bei der AG-Gründung vollständig neu eingerichtet und wesentlich erweitert. 1913 zwecks Vergrößerung der Hefeproduktionsrechte mehrheitlicher Erwerb der Presshefefabrik Osterland AG in Gera. 1946 enteignet und als VEB Backhefe weitergeführt. 1990 als Union-Hefe GmbH mit 8 Mio. DM Stammkapital reprivatisiert.
