Die Ges. besaß einen Grundstücks-Komplex in Leipzig-Gohlis, der aus mehreren vierstöckigen Wohngebäuden und einem größeren vierstöckigen Fabrikgebäude bestand. Auch die Fabrikgebäude wurden 1932 in Wohnhäuser umgebaut. Ferner gab es eine Auto-Reparaturwerkstatt und ein Garagen-Grundstück.
