Sie besaß ca. 70 ha Weideland in Floreasca, wo sie auch eine Rennbahn besaß. Die Gesellschaft bezweckte die Förderung aller Unternehmungen, welche auf die Verbesserung der Pferderasse in Rumänien hinzielen. | | Specials: | Für die Aktienausgabe wurden die Vordrucke von 1935 verwendet, nachdem sie überdruckt wurden (die letzte Kapitalerhöhung wurde 1926 durchgeführt). Sehr dekorative Aktiengestaltung mit großer Darstellung des Anwesens in Floreasca. Jugendstilelemente im Unterdruck. Rückseitig mehrere Liquidationsstempel bis 1947.
