Herstellung von Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure, Sulfat. 1970 wurde die Auflösung und 1976 die Fortsetzung der Gesellschaft beschlossen. Tätigkeitsgebiet ist nunmehr Erwerb und Verwaltung von Beteiligungen an Unternehmen, insbesondere aus der Chemie, Bio- und Genforschung, Kosmetik, Elektronik und Kommunikation. Verwaltung des eigenen Vermögens, Erwerb und Veräußerung bzw. Verpachtung von Grundstücken und Gebäuden. 1983 Sitzverlegung nach Saarlouis und 1991 nach Hameln.
