Durch Luftangriffe und Artilleriebeschuß wurden die Werke in Offenburg und Lörrach 1943-45 beschädigt, 1946 gingen durch Demontage auch noch alle moderneren Maschinen verloren, doch schon Mitte der 50er Jahre produzierte der Betrieb nach umfassender Modernisierung wieder voll. 1961 Errichtung einer Konfektionsabteilung in Kandern.
