Bereits 1930 mußte auch diese neue Gesellschaft ihre Zahlungen einstellen und wurde danach liquidiert. Auf dem Betriebsgelände wurde bereits im Mai 1933 eines der ersten Konzentrationslager eingerichtet, in dem zwischen 1933 und 1937 durchschnittlich 2000 Regimegegner inhaftiert waren.
