Die Aktien kaufte nach und nach die Stadt Neuß auf, in den 1940er Jahren besaß sie bereits ca. 75 % des Kapitals. Die Schwimmhalle wurde am 1.8.1942, die Wannenbadabteilung im Mai 1943 durch Bombentreffer total zerstört. Am 1.4.1949 Neueröffnung der Badeabteilung, am 1.7.1951 Eröffnung des neuen Hallen-Schwimmbades. Am 1.2.1955 Eröffnung des neuen Heilbades mit medizinischen Bädern, elektrischen Lichtbädern (heute würde man Solarium dazu sagen), Unterwassermassagen, Sauna, römisch-irischem Bad und Dampfbad. 1959 Übertragung des Vermögens auf die Stadt Neuß, die AG erlosch. | | Specials: | Sehr dekorative Umrahmung, mit Originalunterschriften. | | Availability: | Uns sind seit langem nur 3 Stücke bekannt.
