In Cresson, Pa. in den kohlereichen Allegheny Mountains besaß die Webster Coal & Coke Co. mehrere Förderschächte. Außerdem war eine 31 Meilen lange Strecke von Ashville nach Mahaffey geplant. Betriebsführer war die Pennsylvania RR, von deren Hauptstrecke die Bahn in Cresson abzweigte. Nach Konkurs 1894 als Cresson & Irvona RR reorganisiert.
