Zweck: Einrichtung und Betrieb industrieller Anlagen, Herstellung und Erfindung von Erzeugnissen der Glühlampenindustrie, speziell Produktion von Glühlampen der Marke WALDEX-Duplum. Die Aktien wurden von einem Finanzkonsortium vorzeitig in den Freiverkehr der Frankfurter Börse eingeführt und dort stark gehandelt. Anfang 1924 stellte sich heraus, daß das Finanzkonsortium mehr Aktien-Interimsscheine in Umlauf gebracht hatte als durch das Kapital der AG gedeckt waren.
