Hinter dem 1888 gegründeten Blei- und Zinkerz-Bergwerk in den Gemeinden Isenbögel und Hasselbeck im Kreis Mettmann stand das Kölner Privatbankhaus Richard Edel. Der Betrieb wurde 1902 eingestellt, die Kuxe aber wurden noch jahrzehntelang weiter gehandelt. Noch heute erinnert ein Hotel gleichen Namens an der Straße zwischen Kettwig v.d.B. und Heiligenhaus an die Gewerkschaft. Sie besaß außerdem 6 Verleihungen auf Gold im für seinen Bunt- und Edelmetallreichtum besonders bekannten Kreis Malmedy. | | Specials: | Datum und Eigentümer gedruckt.
