Die riesige Farm von fast 500.000 ha Größe, zu der auch ein ausgedehnte meterspuriges Schmalspurbahnnetz gehört, wurde Anfang der 1930er Jahre von dieser AG übernommen. 1946 übernahm die Klabin-Gruppe das Gebiet und errichtete eine noch heute produzierende Zellulosefabrik.
