Dollfus aus Chemnitz gekauft und zu einer Holzessigfabrik umgebaut, die bis 1918 betrieben wurde. 1927 wurde die Fabrik von der Geflei gekauft. Zwischen 1928 und 1931 wurde die “Essigbude” zu einer ziemlich großen Leim-, Fett- und Knochenmehlfabrik ausgebaut, die im Volksmund auch “Knochenmühle” hieß. Direktor der Fabrik war der Österreicher Karl Dunst. 1952 wurde der unwirtschaftlich gewordene Betrieb eingestellt und die Fabrik liquidiert. | | Specials: | Faksimile-Unterschrift K.
