Erst 2004 (inzwischen hatten sich die bekannten Aktiv-Aktionäre Karl-Walter Freitag und Karsten Trippel dieser AG angenommen) fand erneut eine HV statt, auf der der nunmehr als Vorstand fungierende Freitag in bekannt deutlicher Sprache die Geschäftstätigkeit seines Amtsvorgängers als „eine der übelsten Dilettantennummern des deutschen Kapitalmarkts“ bezeichnete: Von ehemals 3,1 Mio.
