Dresden | | Picture: |  | | Number: | 1665 | | Info: | Ursprünglich gehörte die Maschinen-Papierfabrik in Hasserode im Tal des Harzflusses Holtemme (oberhalb von Wernigerode) der Firma Berger & Meyburg. 1888 Umwandlung in eine AG als “Hasseröder Maschinenpapierfabrik”. 1903 Übernahme der “Papier- und Cellulose-Fabriken AG” in Heidenau bei Dresden. Nach und nach wurde die Produktion komplett nach Heidenau verlagert, konsequenterweise wurde schon anlässlich der Fusion der juristische Sitz nach Heidenau verlegt, 1922 außerdem Umfirmierung in “Heidenauer Papierfabrik AG”. Die stillgelegte Fabrik in Hasserode wurde 1927 verkauft. Börsennotiert in Dresden, 1922 durch die Commerzbank auch in Berlin eingeführt. | | Availability: | Mit Kupons. Ohne Lochentwertung.
