Beteiligungen bestanden u.a. an: Schlesische Zellwolle Hirschberg, Thüringische Zellwolle Schwarza, Zellwolle und Zellue Küstrin, Spinnstofffabrik Zehlendorf Berlin, Wotirag Berlin. 1950 verlagert nach Wassenberg bei Aachen, 1995 nach Berlin und umfirmiert in Concordia Industrie Holding AG.
