Rbl. nach Übernahme von Krajowy Dom Bankowy, gegründet vom Fürst Stanislaus Lubomirski und Henryk Radziszewski. Dank Vermittlung von Konstanty Radkiewicz bekam die neugegründete Bank finanzielle Unterstützung von einer tschechischen Finanzgruppe, die von der Gewerbebank (Zivnostenska Banka, Großaktionär war die BHF-Bank, danach von der Berliner Bank übernommen) angeführt wurde. Nachdem die Tschechen ihre Beteiligung an eine polnische Investorengruppe unter Führung von Marian Bilinski (Bruder von Leon Bilinski, Finanzminister) verkauften, verließ Fürst Lubomirski die Bank. Die Kontrolle übernahmen jetzt die jüdischen Bankiers in Warschau Josef Natanson und Gustav Wertheim. In den 20er Jahren gehörte der Graf Zamoyski dem Aufsichtsrat an.
