Geschäftsansässig in der Max-Bahr-Str. 71 (treibende Kraft bei Gründung des Unternehmens war der sozialpolitisch sehr engagierte Textilfabrikant Max Bahr (1848-1930), ab 1919 Mitglied der Weimarer Nationalversammlung, von 1924 bis zu seinem Tod Reichstagsabgeordneter, außerdem Ehrenbürger seiner Heimatstadt). Wichtigste Aktivität der AG war der Betrieb des Volksbades, das jährlich rd. 80.000 Besucher hatte. 1939 Übertragung des Vermögens als Ganzes unter Ausschluß der Abwicklung auf die Stadtgemeinde Landsberg, die AG erlosch im Nov. 1939. | | Specials: | Faksimile-Unterschrift Max Bahr als Vorstand.
