Gluston und D. Nearn, noch im Gründungsjahr umbenannt wie oben. Die Ges. erwarb vom russischen Grundbesitzer W.R. Maximow Steinkohlen-Lagerstätten im Bezirk Slavjano-Serbsk des Gouvernements Ekaterinoslaw. Dabei handelte es sich um die Grube "Petro-Nikolajewskie" nahe der Eisenbahnstation Almaznaja. Der verantwortliche Betriebsdirektor in der Hauptverwaltung vor Ort war der russische Bergingenieur Alexander I. Fenin, der sein Büro in der benachbarten Ortschaft Kadiewka hatte. 1910 erwarb die Gesellschaft zusätzlich die Kohlegruben Samtschálowo bei Rostow am Don und eine weitere Schachtanlage unter dem Namen "Grube Irmino". | | Specials: | Großformat, schöne Vignette mit weiblicher Allegorie des Bergbaus, am Horizont eine dampfende Eisenbahn.
