Mit zeitweise über 2000 Mitarbeitern wurden auf dem riesigen Werksgelände Stahlbadstraße/Suezkanal/Käsacherweg in Weinheim Lokomobile, Dampfdreschmaschinen und landwirtschaftliche Maschinen hergestellt. 1912 begann aufgrund eines Lizenzabkommens mit Junkers der Bau von stationären 200-PS-Tandemmotoren. 1923 Übernahme der Kosto-Werke AG in Schwerin (vormals Fokker-Flugzeugwerke). 1926 Abschluß eines Produktionsaufteilungs-Abkommens mit der Heinrich Lanz AG in Mannheim. 1929 wurde die in Frankfurt und Mannheim börsennotierte AG ein Opfer der Weltwirtschaftskrise und trat in Liquidation.
