Herstellung von Farben vor allem für Kunst- und Dekorationsmalerei. Fabriken in Charlottenburg, Düsseldorf, Andernach und Rodenkirchen bei Köln. Börsennotiert in Amsterdam. Im Umfeld des Zusammenbruchs der Frankfurter Allg. Versicherungs-AG und der dazu gehörenden kreditgebenden Südwestdeutschen Bank AG, Frankfurt/M., am 25.1.1930 in Konkurs gegangen. Nur zwei Wochen später wurde das gesamte Unternehmen mit Zustimmung der Gläubigerversammlung an die Kali-Chemie AG verkauft. Wohl zu billig: Eine a.o. HV vom 18.8.1931 berief deshalb den AR ab und beschloß die Geltendmachung von Regreßansprüchen gegen Vorstand, AR, die Kali-Chemie AG und die beteiligten Banken. | | Availability: | Mit kpl.
