Diese trat 1933 in Liquidation und gründete zur Fortführung des Unternehmens die Kramsta-Methner & Frahne GmbH, die 1935 erneut in die AG umgewandelt wurde. Werke in Merzdorf/Riesengeb. (Flachsfabrik und Grünflachsspinnerei), Waldenburg (Leinenspinnerei), Landeshut (Leinen, Halbleinen- und Schwerweberei) und Bolkenhain (Roh- und Gebildweberei).
