Kurz vor der Wende zum 20. Jh. Entwicklung des neuen Spezialgebiets Großkompressoren, danach 1900 Umwandlung in die “Pokorny & Wittekind Maschinenbau AG”, 1913 Umfirmierung wie oben. 1914-18 Einrichtung einer Sonderabteilung für den Bau von Lastkraftwagen und Omnibussen. 1944 erlitt das Werk zwischen dem Frankfurter Westbahnhof und dem Gaswerk West schwere Kriegsschäden. Inzwischen war die DEMAG Großaktionär. Produziert wurden jetzt Kompressoren, Druckluft- und hydraulische Werkzeuge. 1961 Errichtung eines Zweigwerkes in Simmern (Hunsrück). 1970 Einstellung der Börsennotiz in Frankfurt, 1971 Umwandlung in die DEMAG-Drucklufttechnik GmbH. | | Availability: | Lochentwertet.
