Damit besaß die Gesellschaft ein über 70 km km langes Straßenbahnnetz in Saarbrücken und Umgebung mit Außenlinien nach Völklingen und Neunkirchen (mit Anschluss an die dortigen Straßenbahnnetze) sowie nach Heusweiler und Ensheim/Ormesheim. 1962 Abschluss eines Beherrschungsvertrages mit der Versorgungs- und Verkehrs-GmbH Saarbrücken.
